Lips are the same as last year. Use RED lipstick or a RED lip stain will work great as well and then apply the red glitter to your lips.

You must purchase Industrial Beam eye shadow from Ulta Beauty Supply. It has the glitter already in the eye shadow.

Base and blush are optional, I do not require them.
