NOTE: Please add the following to your payment (PayPal donation) total to use this service. This is the PayPal surcharge. Add the extra surcharge amount to your total, it will NOT be automatically added:

$50 – $100 Payment add $3.00;

$100 – $150 Payment add $4.50;
